“ First time being there, small maybe 6 tables. We got there 30 minutes before closing. It was not an issue for them. Service was great, with a smile. They have been closed so to family illness. Had bacon cheese burger for my wife I had the Hawaii pineapple burger. both were good. ”
“ My wife and I shared a #1 which is the flagship Sloppy Burger. I’ve never seen anything quite like it aside from on TV. It was huge! I kept looking at everything on it and noticing something new. Funny thing about it is, it came in under 14.00 with fries and a drink. Not too long ago, my family and I went to Eugene and went to a fancy burger joint. The burger itself, with no fries, was 20 and it was terrible. This place is great and nice to have in the neighborhood. ”
“ I have been driving by J's for quite a while now and have been meaning to check it out. Well, today was the day. I stopped by while my dog was at Timber Tails getting cleaned up. I had a little bit of time to wait, so I figured why not. Let me start with, I'm kind of upset I waited this long to come by. I was greeted by J, and I'm assuming his wife. They were very friendly and polite. I decided to try the #3 Double whammy burger combo with fries and an unsweetened tea. 12.95 for all of this is a great value. I sat down, and my food came out hot and fresh in about 7 minutes. I got some garlic ranch and some hot Cajun fry sauce to go with it. And they reminded me to get some extra napkins. You will need these, lol. I took my order to go and when I got to my destination I opened the box and was pleased surprised with what I had received. This burger is massive, and i had a hard time finishing it all. The cheese sauce is very creamy and delicious. The sausage links were a twist I hadn't had before, but they played together with the two patties perfectly. I got some smokiness from the meat, and the pickles were very good too. The fries were excellent as well, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Both sauces were excellent pairings for these fries. Garlic ranch is very good, and the hot Cajun space was just the right level of hot for me. All in all, I have to recommend J's burgers 100 percent and will be back to try breakfast as soon as I have the chance. This is an excellent option to the local area, and well worth pulling off the freeway to grab a bite when traveling. The freeway exit leads right to them, across from Pizza Palace. Exit 107 I believe. Stop in and let J do his thing. I don't think you will be disappointed with the value and quality they are providing. Thank you J. ”
“ While traveling on interstate five today through Oregon we stopped at this diner , WOW What are great experience, the food was excellent, fresh , amazingly tasty! The sweet couple that owns this place are wonderful people.. I had a lot in common with them , growing up in the same area in LA . This place is a must stop, for excellent food, and excellent conversation. We definitely will be back, for your tasty eats .. ”
“ This place is just what it claims to be and nothing more. It's totally unpretentious. The food (a chili dog with sausage rather than a hotdog) may have been the best I've ever eaten. The atmosphere is full-on burger joint and the prices are just as one might expect. Overall a delightful surprise! ”
“ The food and service was great! The home cut fries and sauce were some of the best I have ever had . Everything tasted fresh and fantastic. We will be back again ”
“ My friend and I stopped here on a whim looking for something to eat as we traveled down the 5 to San Francisco. All I can say is yes Lord and thank you Jesus for delivering some flavorful and WELL seasoned food.. Being from Texas we love our food seasoned and this place definitely gave it to us! We were pleasantly surprised and thoroughly pleased. Excellent food, superb customer service and wonderful prices. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. (we had J's BS Burger) ”
“ Wow! Absolutely amazing food. We just finished eating their Sunday after church supper and I feel like I just ate at my grandma’s house. Everything was fresh and homemade. The fried catfish and chicken was delicious. And the fried okra...:perfection. Definitely stop in and grab a bite to eat. You will not be disappointed. ”
